How do I install the Brat tire into the rim?

When the Brat is brand new out of the box, the tires will not be conformed to the rim.  In order to properly install, gradually air up the tire in increments (i.e. 3psi, 5psi, 8psi, 10psi, 13psi, 15psi, 18psi) while monitoring and working the bead of the rubber tire into the rim between increments.  Rotating the tire while observing its rotation, will assist in identifying where the tire bead is not properly seated.  When the tire is not seated correctly into the rim, the tire and rim will appear unbalanced at that location when rotation is observed.
